- Microsoft 365 Integration: Through integration with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange calendars, Azure AD), we access calendar data, availability, and user authentication details with your consent. We only access data necessary for providing the Services.

- Booking and usage data is kept for up to 2 years for analytics purposes, unless deleted earlier.
- We delete data upon request or when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.
